Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the ice cream social! I enjoyed meeting so many students from our class, and several older siblings that I had in previous years. I hope the ice cream was good--nobody brought me any so I wouldn't know (hint, hint, for next year.) Ha! Just kidding.
Well, I put everybody's names on the nametags today, so we'll all have somewhere to sit tomorrow on the first day of school. Whew! We have some fun things planned for this first week as we get to know each other a little better and start learning how life works in third grade.
